1. Obscenity

Any seller identified to have violated Obscenity Guidelines will be issued up to 2 points per product and the violating product will be locked.

2. Adult Materials

Adult Material as listed below are not allowed to be sold or posted in Lazada Malaysia. Any seller, selling Adult Material, identified to have violated the below-mentioned rules will be issued up to 48 points per product.

•        Blade made of metal material

•        Has a switch/button/lever on the handle of the knife

•        Blade is unlocked by manually operating a mechanism that unlocks the blade and allows it to be folded and locked in the closed position

Lock Knife

Knives with locking blades, often referred to as lock-blade knives or clasp knives, have a locking mechanism that locks the blade into its fully opened position. This lock must be released in a distinct action before the knife can be folded.

Large cleaver-like cutting tool commonly used in agriculture.

Kukri

2.1

Sickle

Axe

Leather/rattan/rope whips

Important notes: Section 6(1) of the Corrosive and Explosive Substances and Offensive Weapons Act 1958 provides that any person who in any public road or place carries or has in his possession or under his control any offensive weapon otherwise than with lawful authority or for a lawful purpose shall be guilty of an offence and on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term of not less than five years and not more than ten years, and to whipping. Offensive weapon defines as any instrument which if used as a weapon of offence is likely to cause hurt.
