UBS Cash Drawer Trigger

Cash Drawer Trigger is designed to provide USB interfacing to the cash drawer. This allows the cash drawe

which is previously connected to POS printer or cash register, to be directly connected to a USB port of the computer

This means through the USB Trigger the cash drawer can be directly connected to the computer when there is no receipt printer used in the POS system.

The USB Trigger Module uses a Virtual Serial Port Driver, making it appear to software like a standard RS232

Serial Port. This way existing POS Software can communicate with the USB Cash Drawer Trigger as though connect

to a Serial Port. A unique serial number is assigned to each USB Trigger Module and the Driver Software will assign

next available Serial Port to each device it recognizes (multiple Triggers can be used on one PC).

□ Cash drawer can be directly connected to the computer with USB Trigger

□ Powered by the USB bus, external power is not required.

□ Configuration needed (Technical knowledge required - else avoid this).

□ Need to set the COM property.

□ Suitable to any CASH DRAWER command. Write any data to drawer COM port will open the cash drawer.

Note:

1) This is a Plug and Self Install ( some Windows version ) , ask us for driver if it does not self install., you can test the trigger from PC with the BAT file given (ask us)

2) you will need your accounting software people to integrate to the cash drawer to trigger. not plug and play , every accounting software is diferent from each other.
